Privacy policy

In short. This website does not set any cookies, does not track you and does not load any advertising service. The only data we receive is the data you choose to send us to request an audit. It is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Who is the data controller?

TRK IMPACT SARL AU, Lot Sahli, Lot 10, Rue J No. 12, 1st floor No. 1, 90000 Tangier (Morocco), represented by its manager, Taha Kerssane. Contact: contact@trkimpact.com. The company's full details are provided in the legal notice.

2. What data do we receive?

When you use the audit form or write to us:

• your name;
• your phone or WhatsApp number;
• your email address, if you provide it;
• the city, neighborhood, type and situation of your property;
• the content of your message.

The form does not store anything on the website: it prepares your request on your device, and then you send it yourself, via WhatsApp or from your email. We therefore receive this information as an ordinary message. If you write to us directly via WhatsApp or by email, the information you send is processed in the same way.

However, our hosting provider records the IP address of each visit in its technical logs (see section 5).

3. Why do we use it?

• to respond to your audit request and provide you with an estimate;
• to communicate with you until a management agreement is possibly signed;
• to comply with our legal and accounting obligations if you become a client.

We do not send any marketing communications without your consent, and we neither sell nor rent your data.

4. On what legal basis?

Your consent, given by checking the box on the form and sending us your request, followed by the performance of the steps you request. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing your consent does not affect exchanges that have already taken place.

5. Who has access to it?

Only TRK IMPACT: the manager and the team members who handle requests, each with a personal password-protected account. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone.

To operate, we use service providers, who do not use your data for their own purposes:

• Google (Firebase Hosting): website hosting. Technical logs, including the IP address, processed in Google's data centers, which may be located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States.
• WhatsApp (Meta): messaging, if you write to us via WhatsApp.
• Hostinger: email service for the contact@trkimpact.com address.
• Google (Gmail): receipt of emails sent to TRK IMPACT.
• Google (Firebase): if your request leads to a follow-up, your contact details may be entered into our internal tracking tool, whose database is located in a data center in Belgium.

These service providers may therefore process data outside Morocco.

6. How long do we keep it?

For as long as necessary to process your request, and no more than three years after our last exchange if no management agreement is signed. For clients: for the duration of the management agreement, then accounting and evidentiary documents for the legal retention period. The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for a few months, according to Google's rules.

7. What are your rights?

In accordance with Law No. 09-08, you have the right to information, access, rectification and objection, on legitimate grounds, regarding the data concerning you. You may also request the deletion of your request. To exercise these rights, write to contact@trkimpact.com or to the company's registered office.

• Access: free of charge and without delay (Article 7).
• Rectification or erasure of inaccurate or incomplete data: within ten clear days (Article 8).
• Objection: on legitimate grounds, and at any time, free of charge, to direct marketing (Article 9).

To protect your data, we may verify that the request really comes from you, for example by replying to the number or address used for your request. You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP, www.cndp.ma).

8. Cookies and audience measurement

No cookies, no trackers, no third-party audience measurement tools. Fonts are hosted with the website: no request is sent to any external service during your visit.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and does not store any form data. Access to our messaging services and internal tools is password-protected and restricted to TRK IMPACT.

10. Changes to this policy

This page is updated whenever the way the website works changes. The date appears at the top of the page.
